Original architecture
All our buildings retain their original exterior and interior architectural elements from the late 19th century, when the Eixample area of Barcelona was developed in line with the Cerdà Plan.
Mansions
The Pau Claris and Passeig de Gràcia buildings were renovated under the Cerdà Plan. They were old mansions with gardens that later occupied entire plots and were extended upwards in accordance with the standards of the time.
