We have documents from the year 1888, when the façade was built at the same time as the first floor was turned into the principal apartment. The master builder who drew up the plans and carried out the work at the time was Pere Bassegoda i Mateu.
The main apartment was decorated with paintings and gilded plasterwork, beautifully crafted brass handles, marble floors and traditional intricately designed mosaics on all the floors of the property.
We have preserved the spirit and details that give the building character, while adapting them to current needs.
